The location was excellent. I found the room size to be great. The breakfast was also amazing! Emmanuel provided assistance there.

The room I occupied had an unpleasant smell. The heating system did not work well in the room. The shower also was not functioning properly, I found that disappointing.

I stayed in a nicely appointed room, it had a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night. The hotel stored my luggage prior to check-in, the bags were then placed directly in my room. The hotel sent welcome amenities to the room as a surprise. It was a thoughtful touch.

The gym had very few free weights. It made it difficult to complete my workout.

The hotel location is perfect. The design across the floors, bar and restaurant is beautiful!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, too!!!

My king premium room didn't offer that much more than the classic rooms. The complimentary water and welcome fruits came after I returned from dinner. I had to call them to get water. The blanket had some vomitus like smell. I had to ask them to change the linen.

small gym inadequate breakfast

the gym was very small! i even had to pay extra to go to a gym nearby, which wasn't ideal. the breakfast was also not what i expected for a place that claims to be five stars. i ended up buying food at a nearby store, frustrating.

The complimentary water I expected upon arrival was missing. I needed to request it after returning from dinner, that was inconvenient. The blanket also had a strange smell. It resembled vomit. I had to ask for a change of linen.
